Ingredients
- 2 cups flour (I use whole wheat, feel free to use all purpose if you prefer)
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (1/4 lb) butter or margarine
- 3/4 cup milk (non-dairy alternatives work fine)
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients.
- Mix in butter. It should be a crumbly mixture.
- Slowly stir in the milk.
- Mix in whatever excitement you'd like.
- Roll into balls (a bit smaller than 1/4 cup).
- Bake at 400 for 15min, or until they're slightly browned and not squishy.
